Rekha AI is an automated service designed to provide astrological insights.
- The astrological insights, palm readings, and "remedies" provided are completely generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Because this is an automated AI system, there is a margin of error. The AI can and will make mistakes or generate inaccurate statements.
- You must use your own brain and independent judgment to determine if any generated statement is true or applicable to you.
- We do not claim to predict the future with certainty, nor do we claim to cure any diseases, financial problems, or relationship issues.
- Our content does not constitute, and should never be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or reliability of any predictions or readings. You should never make important life decisions based on the output of this application.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), Rekha AI, its founders, developers, employees, and affiliates shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the application.

You use this service entirely at your own sole risk. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past one month.

4. Payments and No Refund Policy

All payments made for PDF reports, subscriptions, or unlockable content are final. Because our product is a digital good delivered immediately upon generation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By initiating a transaction, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.
